Teleruttore avviamento
Il teleruttore avviamento (1) è fissato
elasticamente al telaio.
Scollegare la batteria (Sez. P 2).
Rimuovere il coperchio (A).
Svitare i dadi (4) facendo attenzione
alle rosette elastiche (3).
Rimuovere il cavo (2) teleruttore-
motorino avviamento. Rimuovere il
cavo (5) teleruttore-batteria.
Scollegare il connettore (6) del
teleruttore avviamento dal cablaggio
(fare riferimento alle tavole del
capitolo “Disposizioni dei cablaggi
sul motociclo” Sez. P 1).
Controllo funzionalità
teleruttore avviamento
Applicare una tensione di 12 V
(batteria) ai due terminali (A) positivo
e (B) negativo del connettore.
Con un multimetro collegato fra i
due poli (perni filettati (C) e (D)) del
teleruttore verificare la presenza della
continuità elettrica (Sez. P 9). Se non
è presente continuità elettrica,
sostituire il teleruttore.
Durante il rimontaggio, verificare che
i poli (C) e (D) non siano ossidati e
applicare spray idrorepellente.
Serrare i dadi (4) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Rimontare il connettore (6) al
cablaggio (fare riferimento alle tavole
del capitolo “Disposizioni dei cablaggi
sul motociclo” Sez. P 1).
Rimontare il coperchio (A).
Starter contactor
Starter motor contactor (1) is
elastically mounted to the battery
mount.
Disconnect the battery (Sect. P 2).
Remove the cover (A).
Unscrew nuts (4), paying attention
to the spring washers (3).
Remove starter motor - contactor
cable (2). Remove starter motor
contactor-battery cable (5).
Disconnect starter motor
connector (6) from the wiring
(see tables in chapter “Routing of
wiring on frame” in Section P 1).
Checking operation of the
starter motor contactor
Apply 12 V (battery voltage) across
the positive terminal (A) and negative
terminal (B) of the connector.
With a multimeter connected
between the two poles (threaded
studs) (C) and (D) of the contactor,
check for electrical continuity
(Sect. P 9). If there is no electrical
continuity, renew the contactor.
During the reassembly procedure,
ensure that studs (C) and (D) are not
oxidized; apply water repellent spray.
Tighten nuts (4) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit connector (6) to the wiring
starter connector (see diagrams
under the heading “Routing of wiring
on frame” in Sect. P 1).
Refit cap (A).
