Smontaggio gruppo
imbiellaggio
È stata cambiata la forma dell’albero
con masse più centralizzate e diversa
disposizione dei fori di mandata
dell’olio ottenendo un albero motore
più rigido, con minori vibrazioni e
maggiore affidabilità.
Dopo aver eseguito l’operazione di
apertura semicarter sfilare l’albero
motore (7) completo di bielle (2).
Scomposizione
imbiellaggio
Per scomporre l'imbiellaggio svitare
le viti (1) di fissaggio bielle all'albero
motore e separare le bielle dall'albero
motore.
Importante
Fare attenzione a non scambiare
le bielle tra di loro e a mantenere
l'orientamento originale.

Removing the connecting
rods assembly
The geometry of the shaft has been
modified, with more centralised
weights and a different arrangement
of the oilway holes to obtain a more
rigid crankshaft with reduced
vibration and better reliability.
After opening the casing withdraw
the crankshaft (7) complete with
connecting rods (2).
Disassembling the
connecting rods
To break down the con-rod assembly
undo bolts (1) securing them to the
crankshaft and separate the con-rods
from the crankshaft.
Important
Take care not to mix up
components of different con-rods and
maintain the original orientation.
