Rimontaggio gruppo
volano alternatore
Installare sull'albero motore la
rosetta (17), la gabbia a rulli (19)
e l'anello interno (18), facendo in
modo che quest'ultimo vada a
centrarsi nella rosetta.
Montare l'ingranaggio condotto
d'avviamento (
20 ) sulla ruota libera
del volano.
Installare il gruppo volano (22) appena
composto sulla ruota libera (21),
evitando di modificare il
posizionamento dell'anello
interno (18) nella rosetta (17).
Il gruppo volano deve essere
posizionato con il segno di riferimento
allineato alla scanalatura dell'albero
motore, in corrispondenza della sede
della linguetta.
Lubrificare con olio motore le
superfici di contatto della molla a
tazza (33) e del dado (34).
Inserire la molla a tazza (33) ed il
dado (34) sull'estremità dell'albero
motore.
Importante
La parte più larga della molla
a tazza (33) e la parte piana del
dado (34) devono essere rivolte verso
il volano.
Bloccare la rotazione del volano con
l'apposito attrezzo
88713.2036 e
serrare il dado (34) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Reinstalling the flywheel /
generator assembly
Fit washer (17), needle roller
bearing (19), and inner bush (18) to
the crankshaft. Make sure the inner
bush is centred on the washer.
Fit starter driven gear (
20 ) on flywheel
starter clutch.
Fit the previously assembled flywheel
unit (22) on the starter clutch (21),
taking care not to change the position
of inner bush (18) with respect to
washer (17).
Flywheel reference mark shall be
aligned with the groove on the
crankshaft at the keyway.
Lubricate Belleville washer (33)
and nut (34) mating surfaces with
engine oil.
Install Belleville washer (33) and nut
(34) on the end of the crankshaft.
Important
The larger side of Belleville
washer (33) and the flat side of
nut (34) must be facing the flywheel.
Secure the flywheel with service tool
part no.
88713.2036 to prevent
rotation, and tighten nut (34) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
