Refitting the head assy.
For the reassembly operation
perform the disassembly steps in
reverse sequence, paying special
attention to the following phases of
the process.
It is very important to clean all
components carefully and all
components subject to wear must
be lubricated before assembly.
If removed, fit new valve guide seal
rings (10), lubricate with engine oil
and insert from the side with springs
on tool part no.
88713.1429 .
Fit the end of the tool into the valve
guide and use a mallet to tap the seal
rings (10) home into the valve guides.

Per il rimontaggio eseguire in ordine
inverso quanto riportato per lo
smontaggio, facendo tuttavia
particolare attenzione alle operazioni
che vengono richiamate
specificatamente.
È importantissimo pulire
accuratamente tutti i componenti e
tutti gli altri particolari soggetti ad
usura dovranno essere lubrificati
prima del montaggio.
Se sono stati rimossi gli anelli di
tenuta (10) dei guidavalvole
rimontarne dei nuovi lubrificandoli
con olio motore ed inserirli dal lato
provvisto di molle sull’attrezzo
cod.
88713.1429 .
Inserire l’estremità dell’attrezzo nel
guidavalvole e con martello portare in
posizione gli anelli di tenuta (10) sui
guidavalvole.
