Rimontaggio sistema di
scarico
Importante
Sostituire sempre le
guarnizioni ( 4 ).
Nell'ordine, rimontare per primo il
tubo di scarico testa verticale (3).
Prima di posizionarlo sulla testa
verticale, verificare che sia presente
la guarnizione (4).
Serrare i dadi (2) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Posizionare il tubo di scarico testa
orizzontale (5) con la guarnizione (4),
nella testa orizzontale.
Serrare i dadi (2) sulla testa
orizzontale alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Collegare la sonda lambda (1) al
cablaggio principale (Sez. P 1).
Posizionare la guarnizione (16) sul
tubo (3).
Posizionare la fascetta (17) sul tubo (5).
Unire il tubo di scarico (5) e il tubo di
scarico (3) e serrare la fascetta (17)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Se è stato rimosso, fissare il
supporto (13) al telaio con la vite (14)
e la rosetta (15).
Se è stato rimossa, fissare la
staffa (19) al supporto (13) con
le viti (10).
Inserire il silenziatore (9) con la
fascetta (18) nel tubo (3).
Inserire il silenziatore (8) con la
fascetta (18) nel tubo (5).
Fissare i silenziatori (8) e (9) alla
staffa (19) impuntando le viti (21) con
le rosette (20) e serrando le viti (21)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Serrare le fascette (18) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Reassembling the
exhaust system
Important
Always renew gaskets ( 4 ).
First refit the exhaust pipe of vertical
head (3).
Before positioning the exhaust pipe
on the vertical head, check that
gasket (4) is present.
Tighten nuts (2) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Position the horizontal head
exhaust pipe (5) with gasket (4),
in correspondence with the horizontal
head.
Tighten nuts (2) on the horizontal
head to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Connect lambda sensor (1) to the
main wiring harness (Sect. P 1).
Fit gasket (16) on pipe (3).
Fit clamp (17) on pipe (5).
Join exhaust pipe (5) to exhaust
pipe (3) and tighten clamp (17) to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
If it has been removed, secure
support (13) to the frame with
screw (14) and washer (15).
If it has been removed, secure
bracket (19) to support (13) with
screws (10).
Insert silencer (9) with clamp (18)
into pipe (3).
Insert silencer (8) with clamp (18)
into pipe (5).
Secure silencers (8) and (9) to
bracket (19), starting screws (21)
with washers (20), and tightening
screws (21) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Tighten clamps (18) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
