Rimontaggio impianto
freno posteriore
Riposizionare la pinza (3) sul perno
del forcellone e sul perno (C).
Rimontare la ruota posteriore
(Sez. G 4).
Attenzione
Una tubazione mal posizionata
può causare un malfunzionamento
dell’impianto frenante e può
ostacolare le parti in movimento del
motociclo.
Se è stato rimosso il sensore
velocità (13), posizionarlo sulla piastra
porta pinza con il distanziale (6),
applicare frenafiletti alla vite (14)
e serrare alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Note
Il traferro del sensore (13) e vite
di fissaggio disco freno deve essere
compreso tra
0,6÷2,2 mm.
Il fissaggio del tubo freno (A) sulla
pinza deve essere eseguito
interponendo sul raccordo le apposite
guarnizioni in rame (2).
Orientare il raccordo del tubo (A) sulla
battuta (D) della pinza come indicato
in foto.
Serrare le viti speciali (1) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Posizionare il tubo freno (A) sul
forcellone e fissare la graffetta (12)
con la vite (7).
Ripristinare il giro cablaggio del
sensore (13) fissandolo al tubo
freno (A) mediante fascette
nuove (B).

Refitting the rear brake
system
Relocate the caliper (3) on swingarm
pivot shaft and on the pin (C).
Refit the rear wheel (Sect. G 4).
Warning
An incorrectly positioned hose
can affect brake operation and foul
moving parts.
If removed, locate the speed
sensor (13) on the caliper mounting
bracket with the spacer (6);
apply threadlocker to the bolt (14)
and tighten it to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Notes
The gap between sensor (13)
and the brake disc bolt must be
between
0.6 and 2.2 mm.
Fit the appropriate copper sealing
washers (2) to the either side of the
union when connecting the brake
hose (A) to the brake caliper.
The end fitting of hose (A) must
be correctly positioned against the
stop (D) of the caliper, as shown in
the photo.
Tighten the banjo bolt (1) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Locate the brake hose (A) on the
swingarm and secure the clip (12)
with the screw (7).
Return the wiring of the speed
sensor (13) to its original position,
attaching it to the brake hose (A) with
new clips (B).
