Smontaggio impianto
freno posteriore
Importante
La casa costruttrice delle pinze,
considerando l'importanza in termini
di sicurezza che riveste questo
componente, suggerisce di non
intervenire in nessun modo all'interno
della pinza. Una revisione non
eseguita correttamente può mettere
in serio pericolo l'incolumità del pilota.
Le operazioni di sostituzione si devono
limitare alle pastiglie, ai componenti di
fissaggio e al gruppo di spurgo.
Svitare e rimuovere la vite speciale (1)
di fissaggio della tubazione (A) alla
pinza freno posteriore e le relative
guarnizioni (2).
Note
Tenere a disposizione uno
straccio per l’eventuale fuoriuscita
di olio freni dal tubo.
Svitare la vite (7) di fissaggio tubo
freno sul forcellone.
Rimuovere la tubazione (A), completa
di graffetta (12).
Note
Prima di rimuovere la pinza
freno (3), rimuovere le fascette (B),
che fissano il cavo del sensore ruota
posteriore al tubo freno.
Per rimuovere il sensore velocità (13),
svitare la vite (14) di fissaggio alla
piastra portapinza, facendo
attenzione al distanziale (6).
Per rimuovere la pinza completa di
piastra (3), rimuovere la ruota
posteriore (Sez. G 4).
Sfilare la pinza (3) dal perno (C) di
appoggio forcellone.
Rimuovere la pinza (D) dalla piastra
solo per la sostituzione delle cuffie
parapolvere (5).

Removing the rear brake
system
Important
Critical safety components.
The brake caliper manufacturer
advises against any servicing the
internal components of callipers.
Incorrect overhaul of this critical
safety component can endanger
rider safety.
Operations should be limited to
renewal of the pads, fasteners and
the bleed valve assembly.
Unscrew and remove the banjo bolt (1)
securing the hose (A) to the rear brake
caliper and recover the sealing
washers (2).
Notes
Keep a cloth at hand to wipe
up any brake fluid that leaks out of
the hose.
Unscrew the bolt (7) securing the
brake hose to the swingarm
Remove the hose (A) together with
the clip (12).
Notes
Before removing the brake
caliper (3), remove the clips (B)
attaching the wire of the rear wheel
speed sensor to the brake hose.
To remove the speed sensor (13),
unscrew the bolt (14) securing it to
the caliper mounting bracket,
recovering the spacer (6).
To remove the caliper mounting
bracket (3), first remove the rear
wheel (Sect. G 4).
Free the caliper (3) from the pin (C) on
the swingarm.
Only remove the caliper (D) from the
mounting bracket if it is necessary to
renew the rubber seals (5).
