Ispezione forcella anteriore
Appoggiare su un piano la molla e
misurarne la lunghezza libera (L).
Limite di servizio:
270 mm
Sostituire la molla se la lunghezza non
rientra nel limite.
Esaminare la superficie esterna dei
due scorrevoli e quella interna dei
due foderi; non dovranno apparire
rigature, scalini o punti di forzatura.
Verificare la rettilineità dei tubi
portanti:
massimo errore ammesso
0,10 mm.
Ogni volta che si rimuove il
tubo scorrevole dal fodero è
buona norma sostituire le boccole
di guida (15) e (19).
Verificare la distorsione dello
scodellino (20) nella zona indicata.
Se risulta distorto, sostituirlo.
Inspection of the front fork
Place the spring on a flat surface
and measure the free length (L).
Service limit:
270 mm
Renew the spring if the length is not
within the specified limit.
Inspect the outer surface of both fork
inner tubes and the internal surfaces
of both outer tubes. They must be
free from scoring, steps, or dents.
Check that outer tubes are straight:
maximum permissible error
0.10 mm.
Whenever the inner tube is removed
from the outer tube it is good practice
to renew the bushes (15) and (19).
Check the ring (20) for distortion
in the area indicated. Renew if
distorted.
