Smontaggio dispositivo
apertura sella
Per poter effettuare più agevolmente
lo smontaggio del dispositivo di
apertura è necessario rimuovere dal
motoveicolo la sella (Sez. E 3).
Procedere alla rimozione del
blocchetto serratura sella (3).
Con un trapano forare i rivetti (5) di
fissaggio e rimuovere il gruppo
serratura sella (3).
Scollegare il perno (A) del cavo
comando serratura della levetta (B).
Svitare le viti di fissaggio (1) del
chiavistello (6) scastrare il cavo
flessibile (2) dai punti di ancoraggio (D)
e rimuovere il gruppo chiavistello (6)
e cavo (2).
Rimontaggio dispositivo
apertura sella
Note
Il chiavistello (6) viene fornito a
ricambi completo di cavo flessibile (2).
Evitare la scomposizione di questi
elementi.
Per il rimontaggio eseguire in ordine
inverso le operazioni effettuate per lo
smontaggio.
Rimontare il gruppo serratura sella (3)
fissandolo con due rivetti nuovi (5).
Rimontare la sella (Sez. E 3) e
verificare, abbassando la sella, che il
chiavistello (6) blocchi il perno del
supporto posteriore fissato sulla sella
e che il cavo flessibile (2) non venga
schiacciato.
Removing the seat
release mechanism
To facilitate removal of the seat
release mechanism, first remove the
seat from the motorcycle (Sect. E 3).
Proceed with removal of the seat
lock (3).
Drill out the rivets (5) and remove
the seat lock assembly (3).
Disconnect the end fitting (A) of
the release control cable from the
lever (B).
Unscrew the bolts (1) securing the
catch (6), release the cable (2) from
the clips (D) and remove the catch (6)
and the cable (2).
Refitting the seat release
mechanism
Notes
The seat catch (6) is supplied as
a replacement part complete with the
control cable (2).
Do not disassemble these parts.
Refitting is the reverse of removal.
Refit the seat lock assembly (3),
securing it in place with two new
rivets (5).
Refit the seat (Sect. E 3) and check
that the catch (6) engages the pin on
the rear seat support and that the
release control cable (2) is not
crushed.
