Rimontaggio gruppo
rinvio frizione
Lubrificare e riposizionare l’asta
di rinvio frizione (22) con i due anelli
OR (23).
Note
Ad ogni sostituzione utilizzare
una guarnizione OR (24) nuova.
Lubrificare la guarnizione (24) e
posizionarla con il gruppo rinvio (25)
sul carter.
Serrare le viti (26) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3). Posizionare il tubo (18) sul
gruppo rinvio frizione (25), facendo
attenzione all’orientamento del
raccordo del tubo sul gruppo (25).
Attenzione
Un posizionamento non corretto
può causare malfunzionamenti
dell'impianto e può interferire con le
parti in movimento del motociclo.
Posizionare le due guarnizioni (17):
una tra gruppo rinvio e tubo (18) e
l’altra tra tubo (18) e vite speciale (19).
Serrare la vite (19) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3). Rimontare lo
spurgo (20) e il tappo (8). Per il
posizionamento delle fascette che
fissano il tubo (18), fare riferimento
alla tavola della pagina seguente.

Refitting the clutch slave
cylinder
Grease and refit the clutch
pushrod (22) with two O-rings (23).
Notes
The seal (24) must be renewed
every time it is disturbed.
Lubricate the seal (24) and locate it
along with the slave cylinder (25)
on the crankcase.
Tighten the bolts (26) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3). Locate
the hose (18) on slave cylinder (25),
ensuring that the hose end fitting is
correctly positioned relative to the
slave cylinder (25).
Warning
If the clutch hose end fitting is
incorrectly positioned, the hose may
interfere with moving parts and lead
to clutch faults.
Locate the two sealing washers (17):
one between the clutch salve cylinder
and the hose fitting (18) and the other
between the hose fitting (18) and the
bolt (19).
Tighten the bolt (19) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3). Refit the bleed
valve (20) and the dust cap (8). Refer
to the diagram on the following page
for correct positioning of the hose
retaining clips (18).
