Removal of the
splashguard –
electrical components
compartment
Remove the seat as described in this
section under the heading
“Removing the seat”.
Remove the following electrical
components
A ECU (Sect. M 3)
B Regulator (Sect. P 2)
C Fusebox (Sect. P 6)
D Fusebox (Sect. P 2)
E
Injection relay (Sect. M 3)
Detach the cable (F) from the
fittings (G).
Unscrew and remove the bolts (8),
recovering the washers (9).
Withdraw the splashguard – electrical
components compartment (10)
towards the rear of the motorcycle.
Refitting the splashguard
– electrical components
compartment
Refitting is the reverse of removal.
Tighten the bolts (8) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3) and position the
wiring as indicated in Section P 1.
Refit the seat as described in this
section under the heading “Refitting
the seat”.

Smontaggio paraspruzzi –
vasca componenti
elettrici
Rimuovere la sella come descritto al
paragrafo “Smontaggio sella” di
questa sezione.
Rimuovere i seguenti componenti
elettrici:
A Centralina (Sez. M 3)
B Regolatore di tensione (Sez. P 2)
C Scatola fusibili (Sez. P 6)
D Fusibile regolatore (Sez. P 2)
E
Relai iniezione (Sez. M 3)
Sganciare il cavo flessibile (F) dai
ganci (G).
Svitare le viti (8) e rimuoverle,
recuperando le rosette (9).
Sfilare dalla parte posteriore della
moto il paraspruzzi - vasca
componenti elettrici (10).
Rimontaggio paraspruzzi
– vasca componenti
elettrici
Nel rimontaggo effettuare tutte le
operazioni di smontaggio in ordine
inverso, In particolare serrare le viti (8)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3) e
posizionare i cablaggi come indicato
alla Sezione P 1.
Rimontare la sella come descritto al
paragrafo “Rimontaggio sella” di
questa sezione.
