Orientamento del
proiettore
Mettere il motociclo, con i pneumatici
gonfiati alla giusta pressione e con
una persona seduta in sella,
perfettamente perpendicolare con il
suo asse longitudinale.
Posizionare il motociclo di fronte ad
una parete o ad uno schermo,
distante da esso 10 metri.
Tracciare una linea orizzontale
corrispondente all’altezza del centro
del fanale e una verticale in linea con
l’asse longitudinale del veicolo.
Note
Effettuate il controllo
possibilmente nella penombra.
Accendendo la luce anabbagliante il
limite superiore di demarcazione tra la
zona oscura e la zona illuminata deve
risultare ad un’altezza non superiore a
9/10 dell’altezza da terra del centro
del proiettore.
Note
La procedura descritta è quella
stabilita dalla “Normativa Italiana” per
quanto concerne l’altezza massima
del fascio luminoso.
La rettifica dell’orientamento verticale
del proiettore si può effettuare
agendo sulle viti di regolazione (1) che
fissano il proiettore ai supporti laterali.
Beam setting
The motorcycle must be perfectly
upright with the tires inflated to the
correct pressure and with a rider
seated.
Position the motorcycle 10 meters
from a wall or flat surface.
On the wall or surface, draw a
horizontal line at the same height
from the ground as the centre of the
headlight and a vertical line aligned
with the longitudinal axis of the
motorcycle.
Note
This check should preferably be
carried out in a well-shaded area.
Switch on the low beam. The height
of the upper limit between the dark
area and the lit area must not be more
than nine tenths of the height of the
centre of the headlamp from the
ground.
Note
This is the procedure specified
by Italian standards to check the
maximum height of the light beam.
To adjust the height of the light beam,
turn the adjusting screws (1) that
retain the headlamp to the side
supports.
