Rimontaggio scatola
filtro aria
Riposizionare la bobina (A) sulla
scatola filtro aria (Sez. M 3).
Inserire le spine (10) qualora fossero
state rimosse per rimontare i ganci (9)
del coperchio (5).
Impuntare le colonnette (4) sulla
scatola filtro (5) e serrarle alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Impuntare sulle colonnette (4) della
scatola (5) i due pioli (7).
Serrare i pioli (7) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Inserire il tubo di drenaggio (6) nel
foro (B) della scatola filtro.
Riposizionare la scatola filtro
completa, inserendo le colonnette (4)
di fissaggio nei relativi gommini (
8 ) sul
telaio.
Avvitare la vite (13) con il relativo
distanziale (
12 ) sulla scatola filtro (5)
inserendolo nel relativo gommino ( 8 )
posto sul telaio.
Serrare le fascette (11) alla coppia
prescritta (sez. C 3) per fissare i
manicotti alla scatola filtro (5).
Inserire il tubo (1) di sfiato vapori olio
nella scatola filtro (5).
Refitting the airbox
Refit the coil (A) onto the air box
(Sect. M 3).
If removed, fit the pins (10) to refit the
cover (5) hooks (9).
Start the stud bolts (4) on their holes
on the air box (5) and tighten them to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Start the two pegs (7) on the box (5)
stud bolts (4).
Tighten the pegs (7) to the specified
torque (Sect.C 3).
Insert the drain hose (6) in the hole (B)
in the airbox.
Position the complete housing so that
the stud bolts (4) locate into the
rubber blocks (
8 ) in the frame.
Screw in the screw (13) with relevant
spacer (
12 ) onto filter housing (5) and
insert it in the relevant rubber block
(
8 ) on the frame.
Tighten the clamps (11) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3) to secure
the hoses to the housing (5).
Insert the oil breather hose (1) into
the housing (5).
