Rimontaggio
sospensione posteriore
Lubrificare con grasso prescritto il
gambo e la filettatura della vite (10) e
le superfici di contatto della rosetta
(9).
Lubrificare con grasso prescritto la
filettatura del perno e il sottotesta del
dado (16).
Inserire il bilanciere completo tra i
supporti del telaio, nella posizione
raffigurata.
Montare la rosetta (9) nella vite (10)
con il lato concavo
rivolto verso la
vite. Inserire la vite fino in battuta sul
telaio.
Installare il dado (16) con la parte
esagonale verso l’esterno e il
distanziale (
14 ).
Bloccare il dado (16) e serrare la vite
(10) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Ingrassare filetto e sottotesta delle
viti (7) e (5) di fissaggio superiore
ammortizzatore e tirante ed
impuntarle nel bilanciere.
Inserire lo snodo superiore
dell’ammortizzatore in
corrispondenza del foro posteriore del
bilanciere.
Bloccare la vite (7) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Installare le boccole (4) su entrambi
gli snodi del tirante.
Inserire l’estremità superiore del
tirante nel bilanciere e bloccare la vite
(5) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Installare l’estremità inferiore
dell’ammortizzatore e del tirante nel
forcellone.
Ingrassare nel diametro di
scorrimento la bussola filettata (
12 ) e
introdurla nel supporto con la parte
cilindrica.
Ingrassare filetto, sottotesta e
diametro di scorrimento della vite di
fissaggio inferiore (11) ed inserirla nel
forcellone dal lato destro.
Bloccare la vite (11) alla coppia di ser-
raggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare il codone posteriore (Sez.
E 3).
Refitting the rear
suspension
Grease shank and thread of the screw
(10) and the contact faces of the
washer (9) with specified grease.
Grease shank and thread of pivot bolt
and the underside of nut (16) with
specified grease.
Insert the complete rocker arm
between the frame supports, as
shown in the figure.
Fit the washer (9) to the screw (10)
with the concave side facing the
screw. Insert the screw fully home
into the frame.
Install the nut (16) with the hexagon
facing outward and with the spacer
(
14 ).
Tighten the nut (16) and the screw
(10) to the specified torque (Sect. C
3).
Grease the thread and underhead of
the upper retaining screws (7) and (5)
of shock absorber and linkage and
start them in the holes in the rocker
arm.
Insert the upper ball joint of the shock
absorber into the rear hole of the
rocker arm.
Tighten the screw (7) to the specified
torque (Sect.C 3).
Install the bushes (4) to both rocker
arm ball joints.
Fit linkage top end into rocker arm
and tighten screw (5) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Position the bottom end of shock
absorber and linkage to the
swingarm.
Grease threaded bush (
12 ) sliding
surface and fit the bush onto the
support from the parallel side.
Grease thread, underhead and sliding
surface of the lower retaining screw
(11) and fit the screw into the
swingarm from the right side.
Tighten the screw (11) to the
specified torque (Sect.C 3).
Refit the tail guard (Sect. E 3).
