Rimontaggio ruota
posteriore
Inserire la flangia portacorona nella
ruota (Sez. G 8).
Se il cursore (
16 ) è stato rimosso,
inserirlo nel forcellone, insieme al
coperchio (
15 ) e impuntare le viti (4).
Inserire il primo piastrino (3) nel perno
(2).
Applicare grasso sul filetto del perno
(2) ruota e sul piano di giunzione del
dado (1) e impuntarlo sul perno (2).
Avvitare il dado fino a far fuoriuscire
dalla parte opposta un filetto del
perno.
Inserire il perno ruota dal lato sinistro
del forcellone, facendo attenzione a
centrare il foro del cursore
tendicatena sinistro.
Tenere in posizione la piastra porta
pinza nel fermo del forcellone,
inserendo il fermo nell'asola della
piastra stessa.
Introdurre la ruota nel forcellone.
Spingere il perno (2) ruota fino a
battuta, dal lato sinistro del forcellone,
inserendolo nel mozzo ruota, nel foro
della piastra porta pinza e nel foro del
cursore tendicatena destro.
Fare attenzione a posizionare il piede
del piastrino (3) nella parte inferiore
del forcellone.
Inserire la catena sulla corona.
Inserire l'altro piastrino (3) sul lato
destro del forcellone.
Applicare grasso sul filetto del perno
(2) e sul piano di giunzione del dado
(1) e impuntarlo sul perno (2).
Portare il dado fino a battuta,
avvitandolo a mano.
Eseguire le operazioni di tensione
catena e di allineamento ruota (Sez. D
4).
Verificare che il tubo freno non risulti
schiacciato o eccessivamente
piegato.
Serrare il dado (1) sul perno (2) ruota
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Serrare le viti (4) dei tendicatena alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare la pinza freno (A), serrando
le viti (B) alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C
3).
Note
Il traferro fra sensore (S) e vite
di fissaggio disco freno deve essere
compreso tra
0,6÷2,2 mm
Refitting the rear wheel
Fit the rear sprocket flange to the
wheel (Sect. G 8).
If the slider (
16 ) has been removed, fit
it into the swingarm together with the
cover (
15 ) and start the screws (4) in
their holes.
Fit the first plate (3) to the shaft (2).
Grease the wheel shaft thread (2) and
the contact surface of the nut (1).
Snug the nut on the wheel shaft
thread (2). Tighten the nut until one
circle of the wheel shaft thread is
visible at the opposite end.
Insert the wheel shaft from the left
end of swingarm. Make sure to
match the hole in the left chain slider.
Hold the caliper plate in position onto
swingarm clip, fit the clip into plate
slot.
Slide the wheel in the swingarm.
Insert the wheel shaft (2) from the left
side of the swingarm through wheel
hub, brake caliper plate hole and right
chain slider hole and push the wheel
shaft fully home.
Make sure the plate bent end (3) is at
the bottom end of the swingarm.
Wrap the chain around the rear
sprocket.
Fit the other plate (3) on swingarm
right-hand side.
Grease the wheel shaft thread (2) and
the contact surface of the nut (1) and
screw nut onto shaft (2).
Tighten the nut finger tight.
Tension the chain and align the wheel
(Sect. D 4).
Make sure the brake hose does not
become trapped or is exceedingly
bent.
Tighten the nut (1) onto wheel shaft
(2) to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Tighten the chain tensioner screws
(4) to the specified torque (Sect.C 3).
Refit the brake caliper (A), tighten the
screws (B) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
Note
The air gap between sensor (S)
and brake disc retaining screw must
be
0.6-2.2 mm.
