Operazioni di
manutenzione impianto
Attenzione
Il liquido impiegato
nell'impianto frenante, oltre a
danneggiare la vernice, è
dannosissimo a contatto degli occhi o
della pelle. In caso di accidentale
contatto, lavare abbondantemente
con acqua corrente la parte
interessata ed eventualmente
consultare un medico.
Per tutte le operazioni di
manutenzione (controllo usura e
sostituzione pastiglie freno,
sostituzione liquido freni, ecc...)
vedere alla Sez. D 4.
Smontaggio impianto
freno anteriore
Svitare la vite speciale (6) di fissaggio
tubo freno alla pompa facendo
attenzione alle guarnizioni (
4 ); sfilare
la tubazione (8) dalla pompa, allentare
le viti (16) del supporto (15) fanale e
sfilare la tubazione (8) dal supporto.
Rimuovere la pompa (Sez. F 3).
Svitare le due viti (2) di fissaggio pinza
freno anteriore sinistra (10) allo stelo
della forcella.
Eseguire la stessa operazione per la
pinza freno destra (
3 ).
Svitare le viti speciali (6) su entrambe
le pinze e separare le pinze freno
anteriori dal tubo (8).

Warning
Corrosion and irritant hazard.
Brake fluid is corrosive and will
damage paintwork. Avoid contact
with eyes and skin. In the event of
accidental contact, wash the affected
part with abundant running water and
seek medical advice, if necessary.
Please refer to Sect. D 4 for
maintenance instructions (brake pads
wear check and replacement, brake
fluid change, and so on).
Removing the front brake
system
Unscrew the special screw (6)
holding the brake hose to the brake
cylinder. Collect the seals (
4 ). Detach
the hose (8) from the brake cylinder,
loosen screws (16) of headlight
bracket (15) and detach hose (8) from
the support.
Remove the brake cylinder (Sect. F 3).
Unscrew the two screws (2) securing
the front brake left caliper (10) to the
fork leg.
Repeat the process for the right
caliper (
3 ).
Unscrew the special screws (6) on
each front brake caliper and detach
the calipers from the hose (8).
