Rimontaggio gruppo
pompa frizione
Inserire il gruppo pompa frizione (1)
posizionando la linea (A) di
guarnizione tra cavallotto e corpo
pompa allineata alla punzonatura (B)
sul manubrio.
Serrare le viti (7) di fissaggio alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3),
procedendo con la sequenza 1-2-1.
Posizionare il tubo (6) con le
guarnizioni (8) sul gruppo pompa (1) e
fissarlo con la vite speciale (9) senza
serrarla.
Attenzione
Un posizionamento non
corretto può causare mal
funzionamenti dell’impianto e può
interferire con le parti in movimento
del motociclo.
Per il posizionamento del tubo frizione
(6) e delle fascette stringitubo,
rispettare quanto riportato nella figura
di fine sezione.
Orientare il tubo (6) come indicato in
figura quindi serrare la vite speciale
(9) alla coppia di serraggio prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

Refitting the clutch
master cylinder assembly
Fit the clutch master cylinder
assembly (1). Line up the clamp /
master cylinder body jointing line (A)
with the dot (B) on the handlebar.
Tighten the screws (7) to the
specified torque (Sect.C 3), follow a 1-
2-1 sequence.
Position the pipe (6) onto the clutch
cylinder assembly (1) with a seal (8)
and secure with special screw (9). Do
not tighten it yet.
Warning
Incorrectly positioned hoses
can cause faults and interfere with
moving parts.
Refer to the figures at the end of
these section for the correct routing
of the clutch line (6) and hose ties.
Position the line (6) as shown, then
tighten the special screw (9) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
