Rimontaggio bilancieri
Controllare che i bilancieri non
presentino scalfitture o segni di
rottura nella zona di contatto con
l'albero distribuzione e con il registro.
Inserire l'estremità ricurva della
molla (18) nel foro del bilanciere di
chiusura (16) e posizionarli all'interno
della testa, in corrispondenza del
foro del perno.
Verificare che il numero stampigliato
“1” o la punzonatura “
” sulla
faccia esterna del perno bilanciere
(vedi “Smontaggio bilanceri valvola”
di questo capitolo) corrisponda al
montaggio sul bilanciere di chiusura
aspirazione, quindi lubrificarlo con
olio motore.
Inserire il perno dall'esterno fino in
battuta sul supporto di ritegno interno.
Eseguire la stessa operazione per il
montaggio del bilanciere opposto.
Verificare che il perno (1) non sporga
dalla superficie laterale della testa e
che il movimento della molla risulti
libero.
Inserire la forcella (A) del kit
caricamento bilanceri di chiusura
88713.2068 sulle estremità dei
bilancieri (16) e (4) e spostarli dal
lato aspirazione bloccandoli con il
fermo (B) del kit.
Ruotare la testa sul supporto e
procedere all'inserimento dei
bilancieri di chiusura e dei relativi
perni sul lato scarico, nel modo
descritto per quelli lato aspirazione.
Agganciare l'estremità rettilinea
della molla (19) con l'arpione (C) del
kit tensionamento molle bilanceri
88713.2069 per scostarla dalla
superficie interna della testa e
permettere l'inserimento dell'asta
forata (D).
Reassembling the rocker arms
Check that the rocker arms are not
scored or broken where they meet
the camshaft and shim.
Fit the curved end of the spring (18)
into the closing arm hole (16) and
position them in the head, aligned
with the shaft hole.
Check that the stamped number “1”
or punching “
” on the outer face of
the rocker arm shaft (see “Removing
the valve rocker arms” in this chapter)
corresponds to the assembly mark on
the intake closing rocker arm, and
lubricate with engine oil.
Fit the shaft from the outside so that
it seats against the internal retainer.
Repeat the procedure to install the
opposite side rocker arm.
Check that shaft (1) does not protrude
from the side face of the head and
that the spring moves freely.
Fit fork (A) of the closing rocker arm
loading kit
88713.2068 onto the ends
of rocker arms (16) and (4) and move
them from the intake side; use kit
retainer (B) to immobilise them.
Turn the head on its support and
insert the closing rocker arms and
shafts into the exhaust side, in the
manner described for the intake
side units.
Hook the straight end of the spring (19)
with accessory (C) of the rocker arm
spring tensioning kit

move it away from the inner surface
of the head and fit it into the bored
shaft (D).
