Rimontaggio pignone catena
Prima del montaggio, verificare che
sull’albero secondario sia presente il
distanziale (
16 ).
Verificare che la calettatura dell’albero
secondario e quella del pignone
risultino in perfette condizioni.
Montare il pignone motore (3) e
installare la rosetta di sicurezza (
2 ).
Bloccare il dado (1) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Montare la catena e richiuderla
utilizzando l’attrezzo cod.

usato per aprire la catena.
l’attrezzo è composto da un
contenitore (A), da un punzone (B), da
un corpo (C), da due chiavi (D) ed (E)
e un contenitore piastrino (F).
Collegare le due estremità della
catena con la maglia esterna e
inserire manualmente la piastrina sui
perni.
Attenzione
Lubrificare abbondantemente i
perni ed evitate il più possibile di
toccarli con le mani.
Posizionare il contenitore (A) in
corrispondenza della maglia esterna.
Montare il punzone (B) sul corpo (C) e
il contenitore piastrina (F).
Inserire il corpo (C) nel contenitore (A)
che trattiene la catena in posizione.
Girare a mano il bullone (G) fino a
quando il contenitore piastrina (F) sia
in appoggio alla piastrina stessa.
Con l’ausilio delle chiavi (D) e (E)
girare il bullone (G) in senso orario fino
a quando il perno della catena viene in
contatto con il contenitore (F).
Togliere dall’attrezzo il contenitore (A).
Girare il bullone (G) a mano fino a
quando il punzone (B) sia a contatto
con il perno da ribadire e controllare
che questi siano in asse.
Utilizzando le chiavi (D) e (E) girare il
bullone in senso orario fino a quando
il punzone (B) sia in appoggio sulla
piastrina della catena.
Al fine di completare la ribaditura,
spostarsi con tutto l’attrezzo nel
secondo perno e ripetere le
procedure citate.
Attenzione
Controllare scrupolosamente i
due perni ribaditi: la figura riporta il
perno ribadito correttamente.
Eseguire il tensionamento della
catena (Sez. D 4).
Posizionare il coperchio pignone (6)
serrando le viti (5) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Refitting the front sprocket
Before installing, check that the
secondary shaft is equipped with
the spacer (
16 ).
Check that the splines of the gearbox
output shaft and the sprocket are in
perfect condition.
Mount the engine sprocket (3) and
install the safety washer (
2 ).
Tighten the nut (1) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit the chain and close it with the
special tool part no.
88713.1344 ,
previously used for breaking it.
The tool is composed of a holder (A),
punch (B), body (C) and two
wrenches (D) and (E) and link
plate holder (F).
Connect the two halves of the chain
with the external link and manually fit
the plate onto the pins.
Warning
Lubricate the pins abundantly,
taking care not to touch them with
your hands.
Fit the holder (A) onto the external
link.
Fit the punch (B) into the body (C) and
the plate holder (F).
Fit the body (C) onto the holder (A)
which holds the chain in position.
Manually turn the bolt (G) until the
plate holder (F) is snug against the
plate itself.
Use wrenches (D) and (E) to turn the
bolt (G) clockwise until the chain pin is
in contact with the holder (F).
Remove holder (A) from the tool.
Manually screw down the bolt (G)
until the punch (B) locates against the
pin, taking care that they are aligned
with each other.
Use wrenches (D) and (E) to turn the
bolt clockwise until the punch (B) is
snug against the chain plate.
To complete reassembly, repeat the
entire procedure with the second pin.
Warning
Carefully check the two pins:
the figure shows the correct outcome
of the procedure.
Adjust the chain tension (Sect. D 4).
Fit the sprocket cover (6) and tighten
the bolts (5) to the specified torque
(Sect. C 3).
