Programmazione
immobilizer
Note
Le immagini raffigurano il veicolo
munito di ammortizzatore di sterzo, la
versione DARK ne è sprovvista.
A causa della sostituzione di uno o più
componenti del sistema immobilizer
(e cioè delle chiavi nere, del
decodificatore e della centralina
controllo motore), si rende necessaria
la loro programmazione. Per
effettuarla procedere come segue:
- verificare che i poli della batteria
della moto siano correttamente
collegati e che la batteria sia in
perfetta efficienza
- preparare la chiave rossa e quelle
nere
- inserire la chiave rossa (2) nel
blocchetto avviamento (3)
- portare la chiave in posizione ON
accendendo il quadro degli strumenti.
Sul dispaly multifunzione del quadro
compare il simbolo CODE, il numero
di chiavi inserite (in questo caso “1”)
e un conto alla rovescia con partenza
da 30. Attenzione: prima di effettuare
questa manovra bisogna accertarsi
che il blocchetto sia rimasto nella
posizione OFF per almeno trenta
secondi
- accertarsi che il conto alla rovescia
sia partito e prima che termini (circa
tre secondi) portare la chiave su OFF
- entro 15 secondi occorre rimuovere
la chiave rossa, inserire una chiave
nera (4) e mettere il blocchetto
avviamento su ON. Sul display
multifunzione compare il numero di
chiavi inserite (in questo caso “2”) e
il conto alla rovescia con partenza
da 30
- accertarsi che il conto alla rovescia
sia partito e prima che termini
portare la chiave su OFF
- entro 15 secondi occorre
rimuovere la chiave nera, inserire
un'altra chiave nera (5) e mettere
il blocchetto avviamento su ON.
Sul display multifunzione compare
il numero di chiavi inserite (in
questo caso “3”) e il conto alla
rovescia con partenza da 30
- accertarsi che il conto alla rovescia
sia partito e prima che termini
portare la chiave su OFF
Programming the
immobilizer
Notes
The images show the
motorcycle equipped with a
steering damper, which is not
present on the DARK version.
In the event of replacement of one or
more components of the immobilizer
system (e.g. the black keys, the
decoder, or the engine control unit),
the parts in question must be
programmed. To perform this
operation, proceed as follows:
- check that the motorcycle battery
terminals are correctly connected
and that the battery is in perfect
condition.
- Prepare the red key and the black
keys.
- Insert the red key (2) in the ignition
switch (3).
- Turn the key to the ON position to
switch on the instrument panel.
The instrument panel multifunction
display will show the CODE
symbol, the number of keys
inserted (“1” in this case) and
start a countdown from 30 to 0.
Note: before performing this
action ensure that the ignition
switch remains in the OFF position
for at least thirty seconds.
- Check that the countdown has
started and turn the key to OFF
before it terminates (around
three seconds).
- Remove the red key within 15
seconds, insert a black key (4)
and turn the switch to ON. Display
will show the number of keys
inserted (“2” in this case) and
start a countdown from 30 to 0.
- Check that the countdown has
started and turn the key to OFF
before it terminates.
- Remove the black key within 15
seconds, insert another black key
(5) and turn the switch to ON.
Display will show the number of
keys inserted (“3” in this case) and
start a countdown from 30 to 0.
- Check that the countdown has
started and turn the key to OFF
before it terminates.
