Refitting the headlights
Fit the low beam headlight (8) to the
bottom of the LH headlight support (9).
Notes
The low beam headlight is
identified by the presence of a satin-
finished circle on the lens.
Secure the headlight (8) by starting
the screws (
4 ) from the exterior of the
headlight support and tighten them to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit the high beam headlight (19) to
the top of the LH headlight support.
Secure the high beam headlight by
starting the screws (4) from the
exterior of the headlight support
and tighten them to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Warning
In the USA version, the lamps
must be mounted in the reverse
order, so that the low beam lamp is
uppermost on the headlight support
and the high beam lamp is at the
bottom.
Rimontaggio proiettori
Montare il proiettore anabbagliante (8)
nella parte inferiore del supporto
fanale sinistro (9).
Note
Il proiettore anabbagliante è
identificabile dalla presenza di un
cerchio satinato sulla superficie del
vetro.
Fissare il proiettore (8) impuntando
le viti (
4 ) dal lato esterno del
supporto fanale e serrarle alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Montare il proiettore abbagliante (19)
nella parte superiore del supporto
fanale sinistro.
Fissare il proiettore abbagliante
impuntando le viti (4) dal lato esterno
del supporto fanale e serrarle alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Attenzione
Nella versione USA i proiettori
devono essere montati al contrario di
quanto descritto, ossia il proiettore
anabbagliante deve essere montato
nella parte superiore del supporto
fanale, ed il proiettore abbagliante
nella parte inferiore.
