Rimontaggio coppia
primaria e verifica
gioco ingranamento
Sgrassare accuratamente l'estremità
scanalata dell'albero motore e
la corrispondente sull'ingranaggio
della trasmissione primaria.
Installare sull'albero il distanziale
interno (9) con il lato piano rivolto
verso l'esterno.
Introdurre l'ingranaggio (D) sull'albero
motore con il pignone di comando
pompa olio verso il carter.
Bloccarlo provvisoriamente con la
rosetta (10) e il dado (11).
In caso di montaggio di una coppia
primaria (3) nuova è necessario
verificarne il gioco di ingranamento.
Montare provvisoriamente
l'ingranaggio (C), completo di
cuscinetti e anello di tenuta,
sull'albero primario del cambio e
fissare un comparatore al carter
motore, posizionando il tastatore in
appoggio su di un dente
dell'ingranaggio.
Muovere l'ingranaggio condotto (D)
fino a portare a contatto le dentature
e verificare che il movimento del
tastatore risulti compreso tra
0,05
e 0,07 mm .
La verifica deve essere fatta in 16
punti diametralmente opposti
dell'ingranaggio.
Se il gioco è fuori tolleranza, provare a
cambiare posizione all'ingranaggio
condotto (C) sull'albero primario,
lasciando fermo il pignone (D)
sull'albero motore. Se anche dopo
questa prova il gioco non è quello
prescritto, sostituire la coppia
primaria completa.
Refitting the primary
drive gear and checking
meshing play
Fully degrease the crankshaft splined
end and the corresponding primary
gear spline.
Fit inner spacer (9) to the shaft with
its flat side facing outwards.
Fit gear (D) onto the crankshaft with
oil pump drive sprocket facing the
casing.
Temporarily lock with washer (10) and
nut (11).
If fitting a new primary drive gear
pair (3), check the meshing play.
Temporarily fit gear (C) complete with
bearings and oil seal onto the primary
gearbox shaft and fit a dial gauge onto
the crankcase; position the dial gauge
stylus on a gear tooth.
Turn driven gear (D) to match teething
and check with the dial tool that play
ranges between
0.05 and 0.07 mm .
Check 16 diametrically opposed
points of the gear.
If the measured values are outside
the permissible tolerance, change the
position of the driven gear (C) on the
primary shaft leaving sprocket (D)
untouched. If still outside tolerance
values, renew the primary drive
gear pair.
