Revisione ruota posteriore
Rimuovere la flangia porta corona
dalla ruota.
Per il controllo dei cuscinetti (7), del
perno ruota (1)
e per la revisione del
cerchio (9) ruota fare riferimento al
paragrafo “Revisione ruota anteriore”
(Sez. G 1).
A differenza del cerchio anteriore, il
posteriore presenta un anello di
tenuta (12) solo sul lato disco freno.
Smontaggio disco freno
posteriore
Svitare e rimuovere le viti (14) di
fissaggio disco freno (13) alla ruota.
Rimuovere il disco (13) freno posteriore.
Il disco deve essere perfettamente
pulito, cioè senza ruggine, olio,
grasso o altra sporcizia e non deve
presentare profonde rigature.
Per il limite di usura del disco freno
vedere (Sez. C 1.1).
Applicare frenafiletti alle viti (14).
Procedere al rimontaggio del disco (13)
freno, serrando le viti (14) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
E’ possibile sfilare i parastrappi (8)
dal cerchio ruota e, se necessario,
sostituirli.
Overhauling the rear
wheel
Remove the sprocket flange from
the wheel.
For information on checking the
bearings (7) and wheel spindle (1)
and overhauling the rim (9), refer
to “Overhauling the rear wheel”
(Sect. G 1).
Unlike the front wheel, the rear
wheel has a seal ring (12) on the
disk side only.
Removing the rear brake disk
Undo and remove the screws (14)
securing the brake disc (13) to the
wheel.
Remove rear brake disc (13).
The disc must be perfectly clean
with no signs of rust, oil or grease
deposits or other contaminants and
must be free of any deep scoring.
Refer to (Sect. C 1.1) for the brake
disc wear tolerance specifications.
Apply threadlocker to the screws (14).
Refit the brake disc (13) and tighten
the screws (14) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
The cush drive rubbers (8) may be
removed from the wheel and
renewed if necessary.
