In rare cases, the device software can "freeze" so that
the device no longer responds to a command.
In such cases, proceed as follows:
1. Switch off the device.
2. If a USB power supply unit is connected, disconnect
it from the device.
3. Wait for a brief interval.
4. If necessary, connect the USB power supply unit to
the device.
5. Switch on the device.
The system memory is reset. The device is ready for use
again.
The radio can also be reset to its factory settings.
