4.3. Profile Tab
On the Profile tab, in the Theater Information area, there are several fields for entering information about
the projection room configuration.

This information is stored in the XD10P and can also be stored as a file on the computer you use to set up
the unit.
Note
: You can enter this information at any time, whether connected to the XD10P or not,
and you can save it to disk for later loading onto the XD10P.
This information is not used by any functions of the unit but can be extremely valuable to a
technician performing repair and realignment or in case factory repair is needed.
You may fill in these fields in
Theater Information
:
Digital Player 1 – what digital system is connected to the XD10P? Examples: DTS XD10, SDDS,
Dolby Digital.
Digital Player 2 – identify a second digital system, if any.
Circuit Name – enter the theatre circuit or company name
Theater Name – enter the name of this theatre
Screen Number –
Projector Model Number –
Automation System – Manufacturer and model number
Comments – add any additional descriptive comments
The
Component Information
fields are read from the XD10P and cannot be changed by the user. At the
bottom right of the screen is the connection status bar and the format status bar (look back at Figure 4-11).
These will display in all tab views. The format status bar will always indicate the format that the proces-
sor is currently operating.
