This user manual is intended for the user of the component. It includes information on the
assembly, maintenance, care and the provisions of the warranty. This manual must be read and

• Read the complete user manual attentively before commissioning DT Swiss truing stand.
• The DT truing stand is a truing stand for wheel building and is only to be used as such.
Do not use the DT truing stand or any of its components for anything other than
described in this manual.
2. ASSEMBLY
Check the components in the packaging to ensure they are complete. Compare the parts with the
drawing (see the start of this manual).
ASSEMBLING THE BASE PLATE ON THE BASE STAND
There are three versions:
1. Mount the DT Swiss truing stand on a worktop:
a. Screw the base plate (2) using three Allen head
screws (M8 x 30) to the base stand (1).
b. If necessary, secure the base plate to the worktop
(hole spacing 188 mm).
2. Mount the DT Swiss truing stand onto a vice:
a. Screw the vice plate (3) using three Allen head
screws (M8 x 30) to the base stand (1).
3. Both versions:
a. Screw base plate (2) with three and then the vice plate (3) with two M8 x 30 Allen head
screws to the base stand (1).
