The Drifta USB Mobile Decoder

ncluded with the Drifta USB device are a USB cable,
application CD and this quick guide.

Introduction
Welcome to the exciting world of DStv Mobile. With
your Drifta USB Mobile Decoder, you will be able to
connect to DVB-H broadcast mobile TV and have
access to DStv Mobile content live on your PC or
Mac.
This guide will help you connect the Drifta USB to
your PC or Mac so you can start watching right
away.
Connecting to a Windows PC
Requirements
•
Operating System: Windows XP, Vista, 7, or 8 Desktop
•
Processor: 32 or 64 Bit
•
Minimum Memory: 512MB
•
Minimum Disk Space: 100 MB
•
Ports: USB Port
Installing the Application
Important:
Do not connect the Drifta to the computer
before installing the application.
1.
Insert the Drifta application CD and run the Windows
setup application.
2.
Follow the steps and complete the installation.
Connecting to an Apple Mac
Requirements

Mac OS X 10.6.8 or higher
•
Minimum Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo
•
Minimum Memory: 1 GB
•
Minimum Disk Space: 100 MB
•
Ports: USB Port
Installing the Application
Download the application from the Mac App store by
doing the following:

sing the App Store application on the Mac, search
for “Drifta”.
2.
A free application from MultiChoice called “Drifta”
will appear in the search results.
3.
Install this application.
