6.  DESCR IPTION OF THE CONTROL PANEL 

All  control  and  monitoring  devices  in  the  kitchen  are  placed  together  on  the  front 

panel.  The  following  table  provides  the  key  of  the  symbols  used.

 

Thermostat  knob  (only  in  some  cases):

knob turns on the gas burner inside the oven. The 

cooking  temperature  is  adjusted  by  turning  the
