Entering underlays
If the woodpile is lying on an underlay, you can enter their number via the button 2.2.7.12
“Underlays”.
The system then automatically calculates the number of underlays with the mean diameter of
the woodpile and the assortment length and ads the calculated volume to the total volume of
the woodpile.

With the button 2.2.7.13 “Tree species” you can enter the tree species of t
he woodpile. A list
appears from which you can select the appropriate tree species. The tree species list is cus-
tomer-

With the button 2.2.7.14 “Assortment” you can enter the assortment of the woodpile. A list
appears from which you can select the appropriate assortment. The assortment list is cus-

Entering a note
With the butt
on 2.2.7.15 “Note” you can enter a note to the measurement. A QWERTY key-
board appears;
press the “ALT” key at the bottom right of the keyboard to call up more special
characters. Pressing the “ALT” key again will take you back to the normal keyboard.
TIP:
For example, enter notes for measurement, route conditions or access options for round timber
trucks.

With the button 2.2.7.16 “Seller” you can enter the seller of the woodpile. A list appears from
which you can select the appropriate seller. The seller list is customer-specific and is configured
and maintained centrally via the sScale™ server.
