2. Exchanging the protective glass

Failure description

: The protective glass of the light can become dull in time or can be

scratched. As a result the light efficiency decreases. In such cases we recommend the ex-
change of the protection glass. The part number is

32035201



Turn off the light and position it like shown in the picture.



Loosen and remove the seven marked fixation screws (pos. 1) with a crosshead screw-

driver and remove the damaged protection glass.

Mount the new protection glass (Pos. 2) in reverse order:



First of all remove the protective foil at the inner side.



Please observe the correct position: the recess in the protective glass must match with

the nose in the lamp housing, see detail!



Fix the protective glass with seven screws, part number

65872004

DIN 7982 2,2x9,5 and

then remove the protective foil at the outer side of the protective glass.
