8.7.4 Alarm data
Process parameter
Overpressure shut off [bar]
Input of a maximum supply pressure. If the
value is exceeded, the pump switches off.
An alarm message appears. Values
between 8 and 21 bar can be parameter-
ized.
Overspeed pressure control [s]
If there is a leakage in the ring pipe system,
the pump is switched off during the produc-
tion operation. Values between 10 and 150 s
can be parameterized. If the time parameter
and the maximum rotational speed of 80 Hz
is exceeded, the pump switches off. An
alarm message appears.
Pressure control lower pressure threshold [bar]
A warning appears if the bottom pressure
threshold is reached. Values between 0 and
17 bar can be parameterized.
Pressure control upper pressure threshold [bar]
A warning appears if the top pressure
threshold is reached. Values between 2 and
19 bar can be parameterized.
Set alarm data.
