warranty of 6 months. Replaced products shall become

the property of IVS GmbH.

- with a copy of the sales receipt

- and a detailed error description

- immediately notify our hotline after noticing the defect.

If we do not find any fault or defect, the product will be returned

to you with a corresponding note.

Defects and damages caused by improper handling of the pro-

duct or the non-compliance with the operating instructions,

modifications or conversions to the product performed by the

retailer or the client himself (e.g. installations, software downlo-

ads) and total losses are excluded from the warranty. In such

cases, IVS GmbH reserves the right to charge the client for the

replacement or repair. IVS GmbH shall inform the client of this
