3.    Copy marked files from the telephone to the computer and vice-

versa by dragging and dropping.

Note!

When the memory card is enabled as external drive, you cannot
access the memory card with the telephone. Some telephone functi-
ons or applications, such as the camera, might not be accessible.
The data transfer via USB cable works with most devices and opera-
ting systems which support a USB mass storage interface.

Safely removing the USB cable 

1.    Make sure the hardware can be removed safely. To this end,

there is a setting on the computer (as icon in the task bar).

2.    Remove the USB cable.

Note!

Do not remove the USB cable during data transfers to avoid
damage to the data. The instructions for the computer depend on
the respective operating system. More information can be found in
the documentation for the operating system used.
