Language
The default language for the phone menus, messages etc.
is determined by the SIM card. You can change this to any
other language supported by the phone.
1. Press Menu , scroll to Settings and press OK .
2. Select Phone and press OK .
3. Select Language and press OK .
4. Select a language from the list and press OK .
Preferred input method
Select the preferred input method for entries into the tele-
phone book and for SMS/MMS. You can still switch the
input method while entering using the
#
button.
1. Press Menu , scroll to Settings and press OK .
2. Select Phone and press OK .
3. Select Pref. input method and press OK .
4. Select Abc (first character is capitalized after a
period), ABC (ALL CAPS), abc (all lower case) or
Numeric (numbers) and press OK .
