insofar as there is no liability due to intent, gross negli-
gence, the loss of life, limb or health or in accordance
with product liability laws. The guarantee duration is
not extended if guarantee services are provided.
The receipt with the date of purchase is valid as the
proof of guarantee. Guarantee claims must be enfor-
ced within two weeks after discovery of a guarantee
case.
