2. Remove the top bunk from the lower bunk with another person.
Note: Switching the headboards will allow the two single beds to be identical (the headboards
will have taller posts and the footboards will have the shorter posts).

4.Re-assemble the headboards (with tall posts) and footboards (with short posts) to side rails.
3. Disassemble the side rails from all headboards (top and lower bunks).
