Replacing the ATC servo motor ('40Tools' magazine of NHP series )

※

To remove the ATC servo motor from the '40Tools' magazine of NHP series, you should first

remove at least 2 tool pots around the servo motor in order to secure room for the removal

work. Follow the instructions below to replace the ATC servo motor.

1) Remove the tool pot

There are several ways to remove at least two tool pots from the magazine. In this manual,

we suggest: Remove a tool pot from the pull-out position of the magazine, and rotate the

magazine manually until a pot-free area reaches ATC servo motor.

Detach the tool pull-out block

Remove the tool pot
