5) Fuel metering valve

After the compressed natural gas
from a gas tank passes through the
pressure regulator to the pressure
level of 8bar, it is warmed in the heat
exchanger. The fuel gas flows
through the gas thermostat element
and the Fuel Metering Valve.

The metered natural gas is mixed
with air in the Fuel Mixer and the
mixed gas flows into cylinders
through the intake manifold and the
cylinder head.
6) Fuel mixer

The compressed air is mixed with the
natural gas from a metering valve.
The natural gas flow rate is metered
by the fuel metering valve, which is
controlled by ECM. Metered fuel flows
into the fuel mixer through the tube
which is assembled by a nipple.

Natural gas is induced into the fuel
mixer with directions perpendicular to
the air flow through 3 holes which are
located in the circumference of the
inserted housing of the fuel mixer and
two cross bars.
7) Throttle valve

The throttle valve is a family of
electricallyactuated throttle/valves,
which control fuel flow output. The flow
output is a function of throttle position.

The throttle position responds
proportionally to the position command.
