Inspection, Maintenance and Adjustment

Check Air Intake System

1.

Park the machine on a level surface, lower the attachment 
to the ground, set safety lever to "LOCK" position, and shut 
down engine.

2.

Check the engine intake hose, and hose bands for damage 
and tightness.

3.

If damaged, wrinkled, or loose, replace or retighten or 
contact your nearest DOOSAN dealer.

Inspect Seat Belt for Proper Operation

Inspect the Structure for Cracks and 

Faulty Welds

1.

During the daily walk-around inspection and when 
greasing the machine, look for any visible damage to the 
machine. Repair or replace any damaged parts before 
operating the machine.

Check the Operation of All Switches

1.

Verify the working condition of all switches before starting 
the engine.
