Start-up phases

Original Operating Instructions 

Platform SCP

2nd casting section

➤

Install the hydraulic system (see the section headed 

"Hydraulic system").

➤

Start up the hydraulic unit.

➤

Extend the plunger rods of the hydraulic cylinders 

one at a time, and fix them in place in the lower base 

beam with cylinder bolts D80x215.
Make sure that the pivoting bearing is in the right 

position.

➤

Secure each cylinder bolt D80x215 with a hexagon 

bolt M10x100, a washer and a hexagon nut M10.

➤

Lift the platform to the next position (see the section 

headed 'Typical sequence of lifting-phases').

➤

Lower base beam is pulled up.

➤

Remove the service towers from the outsides.

➤

Apply concrete release agent and set up one side of 

the formwork.

➤

Adjust the formwork.

➤

Mount the Boxes for latch.

➤

Place the reinforcement.

➤

Close the formwork and tie it.
