The power does not turn on

Is the battery pack properly attached to the FOMA terminal?

Is the adapter correctly plugged into the electrical outlet or cigarette lighter socket?

Are the adapter and the FOMA terminal correctly connected? (Is the AC adapter
firmly connected to the FOMA terminal or the desktop holder (optional)?)

Are the charging terminals of the FOMA terminal dirty when the desktop
holder is used? When soiled, wipe with dry cloth or cotton swab.

The temperature of the FOMA terminal may rise then the charging lamp may
turn off or flash if used for a long time while being charged. In this case, wait
for the temperature to go down, then charge again.

Charging may interrupt depending on the usage condition. Exit all running

terminal, battery pack or adapter may rise. This is not a problem. Keep using it.
The phone becomes hot during operation/battery charge

Do you often use your phone outside the service area or where the signal is weak?
In a place where the signal is weak, the terminal searches the radio waves for
communication and the battery is consumed more quickly.

The available operating time of the battery pack depends on the conditions
of usage and degraded degree of battery pack.
●
The battery pack is consumable. The operation time for battery packs steadily
decreases with each charge.
When the operating time has become extremely short even though the
battery pack has been fully recharged, please purchase a new battery pack.
