Handle saved still pictures as those shot with a FOMA terminal.
[Set frame rate]
For some i-motion, such as voice only i-motion, [Fine] is not available
and forwarding frame is set to [Rough (hi-speed)].
In the following cases, the forwarding frame rate is set to [Rough
(hi-speed)].
When the image size is FWVGA: 864×480 , Wide: 720×400 , VGA:
640×480 , WQVGA: 400×240 or hQVGA: 240×176 in the movie
editing screen
When the data being edited exceeds 2 MB
Cutting moving pictures

For mail (short) Automatically cut approximately 500 KB from a starting point.
For mail (long)
Automatically cut approximately 2 MB from a starting point.
Cut part Set start and end points and cut.
Erase prev part Cut from the starting point to end of file.
Erase all after
Cut from the beginning of a file to the end point.
Not available for moving pictures that are shorter than approximately 3
seconds.
Cutting out a portion and erasing previous and subsequent parts are
not possible for a moving picture, which is saved on the FOMA terminal
handset, of more than approximately 2 MB.
A moving picture of approximately 500 KB or less cannot be cut for
attaching to mail (long and short).
The next cutting cannot be performed until the moving picture is saved.
When Set frame rate is set to [Fine], it may take more time to cut than
when that is set to [Rough (hi-speed)].
