Note
Bookmarks
When the 11th bookmark is set, the oldest bookmark
is automatically deleted.
When BookReader ends, the last page displayed is
automatically set as
Auto bookmark 1
. The next
time the same e-book/e-dictionary is displayed and
ended, the last page viewed is set as
Auto
bookmark 1
and the previously set
Auto bookmark
1
is reset to
Auto bookmark 2
. (Up to two auto
bookmarks can be set for each e-book/
e-dictionary (up to ten total) and are automatically
deleted from the oldest.)
Auto bookmark
cannot be set when battery pack is
removed.
When

is pressed in stand-by to activate
Supportbook
(preset), the first page appears
instead of
Auto bookmark
. When Supportbook is
opened from Multi Assistant,
Auto bookmark
is not
used. The top page or page corresponding to the
function that Multi Assistant was activated from is
shown.
Copying
Scanned text is discarded when the power is turned
off.
Certain characters cannot be copied.
Masked characters, ruby text, and external
characters cannot be copied.
Display settings
Depending on the data, switching display may not be
possible, or the display setting for the e-book/
e-dictionary may be specified.
Supportbook (preset) cannot be switched between
vertical/horizontal display.
Ruby text
For e-book/e-dictionary with no ruby text settings,
readings are not available.
