When the FOMA phone automatically answers a videophone call, a substitute image
is sent to the other party. You can switch between the substitute image and the
camera image by pressing

during the videophone call. (See page 72)

If you activate Voice Mail Service or Call Forwarding Service together with Auto
Answer Setting and want to give priority to Auto Answer Setting over the service, set
its ring time shorter than that for Voice Mail Service or Call Forwarding Service.

Even if you connect the Flat-plug Earphone/Microphone with Switch while ringing,
Auto Answer Setting does not work. However, if you disconnect it while ringing, Auto
Answer Setting works.

After you execute “Reset settings”, the tickers are not displayed. Then, when the
information is automatically updated or you press

to receive the latest
information, the tickers automatically flow.
You can delete the stored data and reset the setting contents of each
function to the default.
