Copying miniSD memory card movies to the FOMA terminal
Use this procedure to import (copy) movies stored on a miniSD memory card to your FOMA terminal.
● The imported movies are saved in the i - motion Inbox folder.

“Import”.
Importing begins.
Depending on the size of the movie, importing may take some time. Do not remove the miniSD memory card until
importing is completed.

Editing Movies
● You cannot use the Multi tasking function while editing a movie.

“Edit i-motion”.
The “Edit movie display” appears.
Note
● Do not remove the miniSD memory card during data importing.
● You cannot import movies in the following situations:
・ When the movie includes an unsupported codec
・ When movie contains no voice or images
・ When the movie image bit rate exceeds 384k bps
・ When the movie format is not 320 dots wide

240 dots high, 176 dots wide
×
144 dots high or 128 dots wide
×
96 dots high.
・ When seek cannot be used
* You may be unable to import some movies even when none of the above applies.
● Movies larger than 800 KB are truncated to the first 800 KB or less.
● Titles for imported movies are assigned as described below.
・ The title set on the miniSD memory card
・ If no title is set on the miniSD memory card, the file name is used as the title

Movie editing may result in loss of quality or a change in the file size.
●
If you receive a call, remove the battery pack or fold the FOMA terminal during editing, the editing information currently set is saved. However, the
information is not saved if the FOMA terminal’s memory for movies is full.
●
The file size displayed during movie editing is only intended as an approximate guide.
