● Movies are muted during fast playback.
● You cannot use fast playback with a streaming i - motion that is playing while you are downloading the i - motion.
<Position to play>
● You may not be able to select the playback position for some movies and i

motions.
<Set as ring tone>
● You can only set a movie or i - motion where setting the i - motion as a ring tone is “Available”. Refer to the “i - motion info” to check whether setting the
i-motion as a ring tone is “Available” or “Unavailable”.
<Stand-by display>
● If you delete a movie or i
-
motion that was set in the stand-by display, the stand-by display reverts to its default setting.
● Movies or i
-
motions cannot be set in the stand-by display in the following situations:
・ When the movie or i
-
motion is voice only or text only
・ When the movie format is not MP4
・ When there are playback restrictions on the i
-
motion
・ When the movie is not compatible with the FOMA terminal
● Some movies may not be displayed correctly in the stand-by display.
● You cannot use the Web To, Mail To or Phone To functions from an i
-
motion set in the stand-by display.
<Compose message>
● You cannot compose i - mode mail in the following situations:
・ When the file size exceeds 500 KB.
・ When there are already 20 stored draft mail messages
・ When there are playback restrictions on the i - motion
・ When the movie was shot as a Chara-den movie with “File restricted” set after shooting
・ When it is prohibited to output the movie to devices other than a FOMA terminal
● You can trim an i - motion to a size that allows it to be attached to i - mode mail. → P. 383

● “Fit in display” is only valid while a Data Box i

motion is stopped (or paused). When you return to the Movie List display, the setting reverts to “Actual
size”.

Normal play Plays the movie at normal speed. When the movie is paused, this option restarts movie playback from the point
where the movie was paused.

Slow Plays the movie at slow speed.
To return to normal playback, select “Normal play” from the Function menu while the movie is paused.

Fast Fast forwards the movie.
To return to normal playback, select “Normal play” from the Function menu while the movie is paused.

Stop Exits Movie Player and returns to the Movies List display.
