i-motion
Saving i-motions
When “Save” can be selected in the data acquisition display, the i-motion can be saved onto your FOMA terminal.
● With some i - motions, the downloaded data cannot be saved on the FOMA terminal.
●
The FOMA terminal will save up to a total of 100 i
-
motions and movies shot using the FOMA terminal’s camera. The
actual number of i-motions that can be saved varies between 3 and 100 depending on the size of the i-motion files.

Select “Save” and press

■ To cancel saving
Select “NO”.
You are returned to the data download completion display without saving the i-motion.
■
When the memory used for saving i - motions is full
A message appears asking whether to delete some unwanted i-motions and then save the new i-motion.
To save the i-motion, Select “YES” and then select an i-motion to delete. To proceed without saving the i-motion, select
“NO”. Selecting “NO” returns you to the data acquisition display without saving the i-motion.
2 Select the folder where the i-motion is to be saved and press

A message appears notifying you that the i-motion has been saved.
Viewing i-motion details
Use this procedure to check detailed information on an i-motion, including the title, file size and whether any
playback restrictions apply.

Select “Property” and press

The “i-motion info display” appears. Use
c
to scroll the display up and down to check information such as the limit on the
number of times the i-motion can be played, the playback duration and the valid playback period. When you have checked
the information, press

i-motion Settings
The settings that can be specified for i-motions are “Automatic replay” and “i-motion type”.
Specifying whether an i-motion is played automatically <Automatic replay>
Default setting ON
Use this setting to specify whether an i-motion is automatically played back when it is downloaded from a site or
when a screen memo that includes an i-motion is displayed.
● The “Automatic replay” setting is only valid for normal type i - motions. Streaming type i - motions are played automatically
regardless of this setting.
