Entering mailing list member addresses <Mail member>
Using “Mail member” allows you to add multiple addresses at once.
To use “Mail member”, you need to register the addresses of the mailing list members beforehand.

If a recipient has already been entered and you specify a recipient from a mail member, a message is displayed asking you whether you want to
overwrite the recipient. Select “YES” if you want to overwrite the recipient. Select “NO” if you don’t want to overwrite the recipient.
