Compose message When an e-mail address is selected in data scanned in card read mode, an i-mode mail message addressed to the
scanned address is composed.
When “Compose message” is selected for data scanned in compose message mode, an i-mode mail message is
composed with the scanned data entered in the respective fields.
When the recipient, subject or message body is selected in data scanned in compose message mode, an i-mode
mail message is composed with the scanned data entered in the respective field.
When the data is scanned in mail address mode, an i-mode mail message addressed to the scanned address is
composed.
When the data is scanned in free memo mode, an i-mode mail message is composed with the scanned text
entered as the message.

Dialing When a phone number is selected in data scanned in card read mode, the FOMA terminal calls the scanned phone
number.
When the data is scanned in phone number mode, the FOMA terminal calls the scanned phone number.

Add to phonebook When “Add to phonebook” is selected for data is scanned in card read mode, the scanned data is stored in the
respective fields in the phonebook.
When the name, phone number, e-mail address, postal code, street address or a memo is selected in data is
scanned in card read mode, the selected data is stored in the respective fields in the phonebook.
When an e-mail address is selected in data scanned in compose message mode, the selected e-mail address is
stored in the phonebook.
When the data is scanned in mail address mode, the scanned e-mail address is stored in the phonebook.
When the data is scanned in phone number mode, the scanned phone number is stored in the phonebook.
When the data is scanned in free memo mode, the scanned data is stored in the phonebook as a memo.
