Before Using the Handset

<Precautions for using earphone>
Use the optional earphone for the external connection
terminal to connect to your terminal.
Also, if you use the earphone that does not support the
external connection terminal, use the optional plug
adapter to connect to it.

Use to shoot the image of yourself, send the image of
yourself over a videophone call.

Use to display menus, perform the operation shown in
the upper left part of the guide area.
Press and hold for 1 second or more : Start/Cancel Side
key hold.

Videophone start/ ▲ (Scroll) key
Use to make/receive videophone calls, scroll upward
by pages of the mail screen or site/website display,
switch cases when entering characters, perform the
operation shown in the lower-left corner of the guide
area.
Press and hold for 1 second or more : Make a
videophone call using the speakerphone.
